Getting Started

• Step 1. Print out an order form and fill it out completely. We do not share customer information, but it is important that we have contact information in case we need to speak to you about your knives. Order Form.PDF
• Step 2. Package your knives. It is good to wrap the blades in heavy newspaper or cardboard with extra reinforcement at the tip and ship in a heavy cardboard shipping box.
• Step 3. Ship us your knives. Please be sure to use an insured carrier like UPS or USPS Insured.

Not sure how to package your knives up safely?

We can send you cardboard blade protectors and a shipping box at no charge.

 

Repair Prices

An additional charge of $2.00 - $5.00 may apply on knives with severely chipped edges, broken tips, or knives that have worn out of shape.

** We can not repair handes, Sharpen Lawn Equipment, or Clipper Blades. **

Return Shipping is $6.95. Your knives usually will be sharpened on the day that we receive them and shipped out the next business day via UPS ground. Expedited return shipping is available.
